Other Details to Note

This property has a septic system, and it is very fragile. Standard water use is completely fine, but please do not flush anything down the toilet besides toilet paper. The Boho Bungalow is located on the second story, so climbing a set of stairs is required to enter. The living room/kitchen are open to the stairwell. Pack n' play is provided. We have installed exterior security cameras for the safety of both guest and property. These cameras are actively recording both audio and video in the front of the property. Any tampering with cameras, including, but not limited to covering and otherwise disabling of these cameras are grounds for early termination of reservation with no refunds whatsoever. While we are animal lovers ourselves, no pets please. This listing is not to be booked for parties, large social gatherings, or media productions. Any guests not listed on the reservation need to be brought to the attention of the host at the time of booking.

Our neighborhood is a hidden gem! It is a family friendly environment filled with lots of large oak trees and rolling hills. With Bull Creek Greenbelt and St. Edwards Park just 2 miles away, there is plenty of opportunity to explore the trails or swim in the natural flowing creeks.

Guest Access

Full access is only available for the loft and deck. Parking in the driveway is reserved for homeowners. You have reserved parking in the gravel area in front of the house. Please do not access the backyard at all. We have two large dogs and entrance is prohibited.

Lauren was a super host and left us to ourselves to enjoy her lovely place in private. Very comfortable with all the things you need. It’s in a really quiet neighborhood as well. Well done design, layout and furnishings. Shower is hot and clean and nicely tiled. Parking is easy. Would definitely rent again.

I cannot rave enough about the property AND Lauren. She made sure that I had everything I needed and was super helpful. I had to do laundry since I was stuck in Austin longer than anticipated. While the Airbnb does not include access to a washer and dryer, Lauren went above and beyond. She helped me locate where I could go to do the laundry and even left me a detergent sample to make my life easier. She was very communicative and the reference book for the place helped me understand how the AC works. Last but not least, the bed was amazing. Almost too amazing because I had to drag myself out of bed everyday lol 10/10 recommend

I can’t say enough good things about the Boho Bungalow. It was spotlessly clean and in such a beautiful and peaceful area. It was only a few minutes drive to get to the arboretum. The decorations were adorable and Lauren thought of all the little details you would need to make your stay comfortable. Will definitely stay here again when I visit Austin!

The Boho Bungalow is a lovely getaway. It’s a wonderful place to enjoy nature and relax but also enjoy easy access to downtown. It’s a great location. The space is very well thought out with beautiful boho decor. It is very clean and comfortable. Staying here made my birthday extra special. Lauren was an amazing hostess. I look forward visiting again in the future.

What a wonderful place to stay. Lauren was very responsive and pleasant. This was my first time staying in an Airbnb. The Accommodations felt very warm and had a lot of attention to detail. I would definitely stay here again the next time I am in the Austin area!

Lauren was a great host! She was quick to respond—from making the reservation through checkout. She also provided a list of great local recommendations that were specific to my needs. The space was lovely, very clean, and had just about anything you’d need for a comfortable stay. The bedroom is very dark and quiet—I slept like a baby. I loved the neighborhood—it was quiet and I saw so many deer nibbling on yards in the mornings. It served as a sweet invitation to drive slowly and be in the moment.

The Boho Bungalow was a perfect choice for us. Ten minute drive to our son's home, quiet, clean, and well-lit. The covered porch was a plus— we spied deer walking around the neighborhood early in the morning and late in the afternoon. The space was very clean, well appointed, and comfortable. I took my friend visiting from Scotland to Austin for the weekend to give her a little taste of Texas, and we absolutely loved the Boho Bungalow! It’s so cute, pink, cozy, and just perfect. The surroundings were beautiful, with lots of nature and wildlife, and it was only a short drive into the city. Lauren was the sweetest and so amazing. We had the best trip!

We highly suggesting having a car to explore all that Austin offers! If you don't have a car for this stay, ride sharing apps (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are your best option.
